Our work best demonstrates who we are and what we do. Engage works closely with clients in a variety of fields, including business, government, philanthropy and not-for-profit organizations. Most of our clients are either repeat business or referrals, because we offer partner-level attention on every project, we customize our approach, we meet deadlines, and stay focused on our client’s goals. Examples of the challenges that Engage has tackled:
- Avaya, a global leader in enterprise communications systems, purchased Nortel Enterprise Solutions in late 2009. In early 2010 the leadership of three independent user group associations representing more than 6,000 Avaya and Nortel technology users around the world announced their intention to unify into a single, new association. Engage Strategies was retained to manage the unification. Over the next eight months, the Engage team worked closely with the associations’ leadership to direct and facilitate every aspect of creating the new, unified International Avaya Users Group. The three user groups successfully unified into a single world-class association, achieving the leaderships’ strategic vision.
“The effort that Engage brought to this initiative was vital,” commented IAUG’s President Rod Sagarsee. “They managed a very aggressive timeline of critical tasks to help the organizations complete this merger quickly and successfully.”
“IAUG is a valuable resource for Avaya customers worldwide, created by users for users,” stated Nancy Maluso, vice president, Unified Communications Marketing, Avaya. “Through the important work done by our dedicated customer volunteers and directed by Engage Strategies, IAUG can successfully deliver on its mission to develop the skills of its members and enable the kind of peer-to-peer sharing that propels individuals and their businesses forward.”
